Jim Hilger
Jim has been with Northland since 1985. He has extensive experience as a builder and designer in the cabinetry industry.
Tim Roff
Tim has been in the cabinetry field since 1996, with more than a decade of design experience.
Jim Moran
Jim has been in the cabinetry field since 1994, with more than a decade of design experience to include a Certificate of Design (AKBD Associate Kitchen Bath Designer) from the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association).
Al Hackenmueller
Al has been in the woodworking field with construction experience since 1984, and in sales/design since 1994.
Kelly Darula
Kelly has a 4-yr Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design & Drafting from a CIDA-accredited university and has been working in the professional design field since 2007. She enjoys initiating the design process with conceptual sketches and working to combine form, function, and color to achieve the best performance of your space with a tailored aesthetic.
Terry Silbaugh
Terry has owned and managed Northland since 1984.
